Cassidy has been in the insurance industry since 2011. Her true passion is helping people. While she never anticipated being in the insurance field, she learned early on that insurance is what brings peace of mind when people need it most.

Education has always been something Cassidy has focused on; she has found that educating business owners as well as their employees on benefit options specific to their current needs is very valuable.

Cassidy grew up in Raleigh, North Dakota on a bison ranch, she correlates her strong work ethic to growing up on the ranch. Cassidy met her husband Aaron in College, they moved to Sioux Falls in 2008. They have two handsome boys..

When Cassidy is not working you will find her spending time with her family, skiing, hiking, riding bike, and camping.

Benefit Advisor

Donny was born and raised in Alexandria, South Dakota and has lived in Sioux Falls since 2008. He attended Southeast Technical College and has worked in the benefits arena since 2013. He enjoys helping clients understand how their benefits work and finding the best solution for their situation.

Donny understands that benefits can be overwhelming for business owners too, so he takes the time to understand the needs of each client and tailor a comprehensive benefits package that will help attract and retain a quality workforce for them.

As an Army veteran, he loves working with other active military and veteran owned businesses.

Outside of work, Donny enjoys spending time with family and friends, hunting, fishing, and golfing.

Heather has been in the insurance industry since 2016 providing product education and solutions for both small and large businesses. Heather finds passion in the work she does when it comes to uncovering the needs for individuals and employers to ensure they have the proper protection when it comes to health insurance and supplemental needs.

Heather grew up in southern Minnesota, graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Business Administration before moving to South Dakota in 2010.

Heather is married and has three daughters. When not working she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, golfing, and attending her children’s activities.

Aaron was born and raised in Sioux Falls.  While earning a degree at South Dakota School of Mines & Technology in Rapid City, he met his wife.  The two moved back to Sioux Falls in 2008 and now have two boys who love sports equally as much as their dad.

Aaron was first introduced into the insurance industry in 2013.  He developed a passion for helping families find solutions to protect themselves and minimize their risk exposure.  Aaron brings a high level of expertise to his clients while always putting them at the forefront.

When not in the office Aaron enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and spending time with his family.
